Website.

EMSOA is a professional
group of Swimming and Diving officials serving the Eastern
Massachusetts region. EMSOA provides training and professional
development to officials for both college and high school
meets in the area. We are dedicated to providing competent
leadership which will support, enhance and improve swimming
and diving competition as part of an overall educational
experience.
EMSOA is the approved officials’ group of
the Massachusetts Interscholastic High School, and a member
of the National Federation of State High School Associations. |
